Is it true or are men just smarter about the commitment process then women? Could switching your mindset to be more like a man’s save you from the constant heartbreak and let down? Don’t you wonder why you hear men talk about wanting to be single and not commit only to see them a few months later in a committed relationship?

The things is, men don’t usually want to commit in a relationship till he’s met the “one”. The “one” being a woman who he not only has a good connection with but that affects him in a deeper and more emotional way. Just because a man enjoys a woman’s company and can have a good time with her it doesn’t mean she is someone he wants to marry or settle down with her. A man usually needs to feel a more intense desire for a woman to want to settle down with her.

Women on the other hand tend to want to settle as soon as the feel a connection with a man. This is the main reason so many women end up let down and broken hearted. Women are too quick or egger to settle down with a man that isn’t actually worthy of their commitment. Just because you the woman feel a physical or emotional attraction or connection to man should not be the reason you choose to settle down or commit to him. You shouldn’t decide to settle down or commit to someone until you feel that deep desire and love for them.

By taking your time in the dating process, you allow yourself time to really get to know someone. You get to find out all their pros and cons before you are committed to them and left in a sticky situation. This can keep you from finding yourself constantly let down and or even broken hearted by men. Allow dating to be fun. Why need to rush into a committed relationship? What is the real benefit of settling down quickly when 9 times out of 10 you just find yourself either single again or settling for a guy who isn’t really completing you? Rather then setting yourself up for failure wouldn’t it be easier to just take things slow and go with the flow? This way when you realize he isn’t the “one” there isn’t the heartbreaking breakup in the end.
